If you have a need for a sermon or another audio/video to be transcribed, you’ve come to the right place. I work with both audio and video files.

Formatting

Your completed transcript will be delivered as both a Word and PDF file in 4 business days (unless you order rush service) and will include a header and page numbering. If you will be a regular customer, we can work together to create a unique format for you—add your ministry’s or church’s logo, change the font, switch the header and/or footer style. I want you to be pleased with the end result. See an example here. 

Editing and Proofing

My editing and proofing process is very thorough, and I guarantee a 99.9% accuracy rate, trying to do my work as unto the Lord. If necessary, I will make slight edits to correct grammar (adhering to The Chicago Manual of Style and The Christian Writer’s Manual of Style) and minimally rework sentence structure so it is clear to the reader. Um‘s and uh‘s are removed as well as false starts. I also check all Scripture references and other quotes.

Rates

My rates are by the audio minute. Audio minutes are rounded up to the next minute.

$1.49 per audio minute

You will be able to choose the formatting, add your logo, and customize the header and footer if you’d like. (I can provide standard formatting for you, as seen in this example.) I will remove any unnecessary words, like um and uh, and false starts, and I’ll correct grammar as necessary. I check Scripture references, Hebrew and Greek terms, and other quotes for accuracy.

Turnaround time: 4 business days (orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day)
